  Been coming here for over 20 years this place rocks  the food here is authentic, and very good. A must try. Only down side is they only accept cash, but worth it.

  Tacos El Oso is located in a nondescript strip mall in Arleta, but if you're in the area do not miss out. The tacos are tasty, fresh, and they pile the fillings on. They're a big stingy with the cilantro but that's a nit. The salsas are bright and fresh, especially the red one, which packs a good kick. They throw in a handful of chips and beans with your tacos, a nice touch.
  
  The room is spartan with little or no ambience but you're here for the food, which is all that matters. Service is a bit disjointed but the food comes out fast and it's all made to order. This is a family-run place where the emphasis is on the food, and the locals know it.
  
  Reasonable and delicious, almost worth making the trek. Check them out!

  It was ok, nothing special. I thought it would be good like back in the days but then again it was  probly different owners.

  It's a humble place.  Food from the soul of Mexico.  Clean, reasonably priced, tasty and friendly.  Horchata mui bien!
  I feel at home there.

  I love the food here.  This has been my favorite Mexican restaurant for over 20 years.  I love the tacos and burritos, and the red salsa.  I've never found another Mexican restaurant that makes such a great red salsa, and so spicy.
